At Broadway Brewery we use local and organic products whenever possible. In addition, we are growing the majority of our seasonal produce at our proprietary farms. Terra Bella located in Hatton, Missouri, contributes organic fruits and vegetables, eggs, lamb, specialty heirloom tomatoes, and a variety of organic mixed field greens. Kenny Duzan, one of our owners, has been commercially raising quality produce at his eastern Boone County farm for ten years. There he grows spinach, ripe tomatoes, candy onions, eggplant, broccoli, and other seasonal fruits and vegetables by the bushel load, ready to be prepared and served fresh to you.

These farms along with other local growers provide us with an abundance of quality, seasonal ingredients used to create comfort food with class.
