We invite you to join us for our first Beer Pairing Dinner of 2012. Now that winter weather seems to be catching up to the actual season, hunker down at the Brewery and enjoy this special menu designed to warm up your tastebuds.

French Onion Soup

Sweet vidalia onoins in a sherried beef broth with gruyere gratin.
Pairing: Irish Stout

Warm Guanciale Salad

House cured Berkshire guanciale with caramelized brussels sprouts, fried garlic chips, garden cress and creme fraiche.
Pairing: Pinnacles IPA

Smoked Salmon Cakes

Applewood smoked Atlantic salmon in a delicious fried cake with meyer lemon aioli.
Pairing: Brown Ale

Rosemary Roasted Quail

Semi-boneless quail stuffed with a shitake and portobella duxelle.
Pairing: ESB

Chocolate Truffles

Dark chocolate confection served with a raspberry habenero ice cream.
Pairing: Porter

Appetizer

Oysters on the Half Shell

A selection of fresh pacific shucked oysters.

Beef Tenderloin Tartare

Fine diced beef filet with our signature blend of accoutrements.

Pizzettes

Caramelized onion with fresh chevre, and baby spinach.

Soup or Salad

Red Wine Tomato Bisque

Arugula and Blue Cheeese Salad

With pickled red onion, pancetta, and soft boiled egg.

Entree

Wild Mushroom Ravioli

House made pasta filled with morel, portabella, and shitake mushrooms; served with a golden turnip hash and brown butter sauce.

Filet Mignon

8oz Vintage Natural Beef with grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus and crispy potatoes.

Frenched Berkshire Rib Chop

Breaded Milanese style and seared to lock in flavor; served with caramelized Brussels sprouts and apple spaetzle.

Dessert

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Filled with cheesecake.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

With chocolate amaretto ice cream.
